DN is trademarked what should I do with it?
 

One of my DN's is trademarked. What should I do or don't do with it?

I sold my TM'ed domain (windows-os.com)

Yeah is the .com, it's the plural version of the actual TM...why you wanna buy?...:)

DO NOT offer it to the TM holder. That is paradigmatic "bad faith" under the Anti-Cybersquatting law.

Delete it at once. It ain't worth a TM infringement lawsuit. It ain't worth losing your business and your house.

dont renew it and dont sell it to the holder, just let it expire.

Guess I better take down the for sale signs....

Just ignore the DM until it expires and don't renew.....maybe nobody will notice.

Registering a trademarked domain is very unwise. Let it expire.
