Heh, I have a domain with a couple hundred inbound links and a PR of 1. It gets a ton of traffic so I couldn't care less what the Google pagerank is. PR is abso-fucking-loutely worthless.

Its a teen site with a few keywords in it.. 3 page TGP with nothing fancy.

What is possible is for a pr9 with lots of inbound links to pass along its pr to a page on the same server thus making it a pr7 with no links , ( but i can't say i have ever actually seen this , only in theory )

Or the opposite way , lots of inbound links to pages on a domain , but no links to the actual domain might make the pr high , but i cant see it being a pr7.. I think he is confused

either way a blanket statement like "pr is worthless" is foolish
