The cheap Chinese restaurants (like China Wok) always put MSG -- If you go for the authentic Chinese restaurants, they almost never put MSG. |
If you want healthy better to go with Japanese.

Stick with the seafood, veggie, rice and noodle dishes. Stay away from the fried stuff.
Problem is most of the rice and veggie dishes are also fried. At least at restaurants around here. Everything seems to have a nice sheen of grease on them.
steamed rice...maybe the Hunan chicken or beef & broccoli?
go with the refried road kill.
its delicious! low in calories, and good for you! |
Steamed vegetables with Hoisin sauce.

Healthy and Chinese food don't mix... unless you make it yourself.
Korean food is a little healthier than chinese, spicey, and not as bland as the 'old school' japanese stuff...it's kinda a nice mix imo...
PF Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Hmmm . . .Low carb, low fat, high protein. I'm sure it's got plenty of salt though ...
