Yay, I got a PSP!
 

well , not really. My wifey got one, but of course, whats hers is mine and mine is mine - er, hers.

She got the one that only came with a sampler disc. I saw two dead pixels on the screens so Im gonna have her bring it back for a new one. Watching some of the sample movies, i thought i saw some pixelation during playback... it was hard to catch, so i dont know if it was actually something fucked up or thats just the way shit looks on that little screen, or maybe i was seeing shit that wasnt there.

This thing is amazing though. The clarity of the screen is amazing.

We picked up Metal Gear Acid today. Im gonna see if we can exchange it, cuz its definetely not the game for her tastes, and as for me, well I havent played Metal Gear since it first game out on NES, lol. This new one has so much fucking dialogue and seemed like too much shit to learn and get used to. I just wanna play as quick as possible. I hate slow paced games.

the best thing is my wife is just as much into games as i am. You have to have it that way these days if you wanna play games without getting shit for it from your girl, and its more fun when you play together. Me and her play a lot of FPS games online, like Americas Army. Its pretty cool.

Good luck with that. Unless you bought it at Walmart or something, I doubt most places will take it back over 2 dead pixels, and Sony probably won't consider it a warranty issue.

I didn`t found any games worth buying released on PSP since beginning to today, so I`ll not buy it now.
However I`m waiting on release of Gran Turismo 4 PSP.

Get Lumines if you want it to take over your free time, that shit is adictive, heard wipeout pure is pretty good too
