Apparently these homeless, for-profit labor picketers think so...they are picketing me because I hired a General COntractor for a $500,000+ job and the contractor chose a few subs that were not union labor.

Now, I have some *very* strong belief's about unions so I will not start a political debate by even mentioning them....but you would think that they would do a little research before picketing a company that has TWO (count them TWO) customers in the entire City of Atlanta. Who were they hoping would boycott NatNet??

You want to know what is *REALLY* sad....the union is picketing supposedly because the subcontractor's workers are underpaid and not educated enough because they are non-unionized.....so the union hires homeless drop-outs and pays them $15 for 8 hours of picketing....in CASH.....pays under minimum wage and withholds no taxes....must be nice.

I am a strong union supporter but this looks like they went way out of hand. The general contractor should be the one who gets the "bad" press. He was just trying to save money and get better margins.

Unions are a joke. They're ran by people that don't give a rats ass about their members, they just like making the members think their best interests are being addressed.

A couple years ago there was a big grocery store strike here. It was kind of funny. You would go in to get your weekly groceries and the employees would start yelling at you as if you should actually care. I need my food, bugger off.
