Want to buy back Red Light District content license $$$

We are looking to add more content to our network back end and want to buy back all the titles that was previously available from Red light district. Can be only the content, sites or all a cash program :)

Hit me up on ICQ 30975654 or send a mail a webmaster at braincash with "red light district content" in the title.

It's not available for license anymore.

His only chance would be to get the license transferred from someone who owns it, if the license allows that.

Good Luck Fred.

A) If you call redlight, they will not license to anyone

B) The licenses are non transferable, not from AL or anywhere else unfortunately. If that were the case Redlight would be suing like crazy.

If he bought a site that was listed on the content license he'd be allowed to use the content on that site though right?

He said he'd be willing to buy an entire site or program to get his hands on the stuff.

The content is mad played out, but whatever floats his boat, extra content etc..

I'd talk to the guys over at AL, to work out the specifics before buying anything.

He may find the license is not transferrable with the URL.

We license to a person to protect our customers not ourselves.

Would you buy from someone who does not give a shit about mantaining the quality/saturation of what you buy?

Le't say we sold it to person A who will abide by the 10 URLs and no distribution to affiliates. Then he sells it to company B who frankly do not give a shit and give it to 1,000 affilaites and put it on 100 sites. Is that a product you would be happy you bought?

Braincash Fred 05-14-2005 10:02 AM

Found me someone with a license and I will found a way to transfer it :)

If company B gave it to 1000 affiliates to put on 100 sites then they would be breaking the terms of the license agreement, and you would have legal recourse against them.
You have no way of knowing ahead of time that the people you're selling content to will abide by the rules, that's why you have a legal contract.
