A well-placed .22 (or a double tap, since there isn't as much recoil or flip to deal with) kills much more effectively than a sloppy 44.

Not that'd I'd reccommend it, for a serious shooter.. but someone who doesn't practice a lot will definitely have better luck with the .22. The higher capacity and cheaper ammo also means more practice in the long run, which helps shooters of all levels.

And you _can_ buy a handgun silencer, it's just illegal in the states. You definitely can buy them, however.
