How does the new 2257 laws affect non-US affiliate webmasters?

From what I can tell, 2257 laws do not have much affect on non-US affiliate webmasters.

The only thing I can think of is that if you were hosting in the US, you might want to move to a non-US hosting company like www.mainswitch.com

So IF it doesn't affect non-US webmasters, then that will mean all the traffic from current US webmasters who own Hardcore Thumb TGPs will belong to us?

They will be having to comply or risk the consequences.

They will need to have the documents or just link to other sites.

It will not cost a single surfer, so for those left in the biz it will mean more money.
