It would seem you can go to war and kill people on the flimsiest of evidence and everything pointing to you being wrong.

But put up a picture of a nude 50 year old and you have to be able to prove they are not children, give all their aliases and location of their other work.

I am sure this is going to be tied up in the courts for many years. The thought that it is constitutional to give out model addresses to affiliates(stalking potential) that to me is a violation of privacy and freedom. Let the ACLU and the big guns take it from here.

I don't think this one will be tied up in court for more than 15 minutes.
