Public domain only can only be used in the situation where a celebrity is photographed in PUBLIC- on public property.

Not getting out of her car, not her cell phone pics, and not in her own home.

If you had pics of Paris that YOU took on a beach in LA
DIFFERENT story.

I don't see those kinds of pics anywhere however, and in my opinion ( and I think I know what I am talking about) you are clearly infringing.

After extensive hours in Lavely and Singer's offices in Century City- I got a lesson in Celebrities Rights 101.

Cameron Diaz, Liz Jagger, and Vida Guerra have all been saved from the wrath of pornographers this month-
