:thumbsup |
Man that freaked me out !

CSI Vegas?
|
amazing episode...
the black and white during the autopsy dream was kickass (and a great way to conceal gore, similar to how tv stations used to air samurai movies like that and the same as Tarrantino did in Kill Bill, Vol. 1) I also found myself squirming when the ants invaded the coffin....as a kid, I stepped on a fire ant hill and got the shit bit out of me, so could almost feel that all over again... it was also great to see John Saxon again... |
It was an awesome episode...
|
that episode was amazing...
|
its gonna be talked about for quite some time..........

Yeah, it was amazing... very very well done episode :thumbsup
|
I agree I just loved yesteray's episode and season fianle.
|
I like how Tarantino really got the emotion out of the cast; even grissom, at the end, usually quite an even-keeled guy, asked for his 'guys back'.
Man that episode was brilliant tv. |
I read an interview with Tarantino and he said he has a ton of ideas that would be too big or expensive as a movie but would work as a series or min-series. Said he wants to get into TV more. Good for us!

Which one ?

The most amazing episode ever.. THey need to hire tarentino for a full-time gig.

'CSI' Finale Buries Thursday Competition
(Thursday, May 19 11:42 PM) TV Ratings Story 'CSI' Finale Buries Thursday Competition LOS ANGELES Fast National ratings for Thursday, May 19, 2005. From Orange County to New York to Chicago, season finales were everywhere on Thursday night, but it was a gang of crime scene investigators from Las Vegas who dominated the night, with a little help from Quentin Tarantino. Overall, CBS averaged a robust 16.8 rating/27 share, crushing all comes. NBC was second with a 9.0/14. FOX grabbed third with a 5.3/9, followed by the 3.8/6 for ABC, which struggled with NBA basketball coverage. UPN's 2.8/4 and The WB's 1.8/3 trailed. CBS scored a 9.2 rating among adults 18-49, pounding NBC's 6.1 rating in the key demographic for both networks. FOX was third again with a 3.7 rating. ABC's 2.1 rating was far back, but still ahead of the 1.5 rating for UPN and The WB's 1.1 rating. The first hour of the Tarantino-directed "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" finale began relatively slowly with a 16.1/28 for the 8 p.m. hour. NBC was second with an underwhelming 5.9/10 for "Will & Grace." The season's last hurrah for "The O.C." was third on FOX with a 4.9/8. ABC's NBA playoffs coverage was fourth. UPN was fifth with "WWE Smackdown!," which beat the 1.8/3 for two episodes of "Blue Collar TV" on The WB. In its second hour, "CSI" exploded with a 20.3/31, completing what will probably be a record breaking night for the drama. Viewers showed only tepid interest (9.1/14) in watching Kendra win the third season of "The Apprentice" on NBC. FOX better-than-normal Thursday numbers from a best-of-the-worst "American Idol" (5.8/9) special. ABC's baseball was in fourth with a 3.5/5, better than the 2.9/5 for "Smackdown!" on UPN. An encore of The WB's Jeff Foxworthy special was sixth. With a 14.0/22, "Without a Trace" finished off CBS' nightly sweep. The season finale of "ER" did a 12.2/20 on NBC for second. ABC was third. |

it was one of the best CSI's I've even seen.......two hours of it.......and CSI is easily one of the best shows on television.......right up there with The Sopranos and whatnot for me.
it fucking rocked. already i want to see it again. |
Im with you if it was on again that would make it so great.
hum... if you go to cbs.com there is a couple of video clips along with the plot summary you can read. |
It was awesome. I loved how QT added depth to the characters and their relationships.
