I would appreciate if someone could help me with this one...

I´m working on a paysite for a client right now!

Question: Am i suposse to check if they (client) have the licence for the images he/she wants to use?

Well you could....(and maybe should)
But when it´s all up and running - they will be responsible for having the correct licenses and documentation for everything on their site (that is unless you´re somehow given a part ownership in return of course).
