I hate it when I sell domains...
and they are still visible in my registrar menu :helpme
I sold them, buyer transfered them to his registrar, so they should be automatically deleted from the account admin at my registar. |
Which registrar
|
two that i am using:
NameCheap and Dotster... |
I know what you mean
|
Now I have to email support and tell them to delete them manually.
And someone might say "what's the problem that they are stay visible?".... well, obviously it might get confusing after a while when you sold many of them and all the sold ones still look like they can be managed by you at any time :/ |
yea I've had that problem with dotster when I transferred one domain to another account
confused me a few times when renewing :p |
i can only suggest registerfly to you. works really great for me.

I think it was an issue on my end as godaddy seems to leave them visible. I bought several this month and they all did that at different registrars.

I have had this problem at eNom/ NameCheap/ RegisterFly. Also at Dotster. It makes portfolio management a nightmare. It's a major reason reason I don't like doing business there.
There is a "sync domains" feature, to theoretically solve this problem, but it doesn't work reliably. I found an easy better solution that work 100% of the time: two accounts. The first account is my real account. The second account is a graveyard. When non-existent domains appear in my real account, I just push them to the graveyard account. It works great. |
dotster sucks, never do business with them.
