For all the MDs on GFY
Lately I get very weak and my hands start to shake if I go too long without eating. This has only begun recently. Any ideas why this might happen?

you eat to much unhealthy food that makes your heart pump too hard
after a while your body needs more of that food , not eating causes your body to react because of lack of elements in that food that make your heart pump to hard, you have to change your eating habits and start eating healthy immediately , most people solve this problem by eating more , and just making sure they never have a moment when their body is in need of the elements in that food , this of course DOESN'T solve the problem , but will only lead to a qucik death by heart attack , if you want to live longer than the next 15 yrs or so , start eating healthy and doing much sport now and yes I AM in fact a real MD , I choose not to use medical terms but rather normal wording so you would understand the problem |
Im not an MD... BUT....
You may have DIABETES Type 2. Do you suffer from the following (in addition to the shaking): Cold sweats muscle looseness in the back area Extreme lack of energy Usually you need to boost your blood sugar QUICKLY when you get hit by this. Oftentimes, Diabetes 2 can be treated through lifestyle changes/dietary changes. http://diabetes.about.com/od/diabete...w/a/whatis.htm |
Why not try a real doctor? :thumbsup
To test for diabetes they'd just need a pee or blood sample.. when in doubt, go to the professionals! (and no, I don't mean GFY LOL) :2 cents: :winkwink: |
hmmm... see a real md
|
No, it's not diabetes. Diabetes is a relative or obsolute lack of insulin, which would cause high blood sugars, not low ones.

Sounds more like mild hypoglycemia, your blood sugars are low.Eating rebuilds the required carbs.

Bluff is right.... its unlikey to be Diabetes
I had a similar problem when I lived in the tropics and was sweating a lot... it was dehydation and sodium depletion... Is it hot at the moment where you are?... and if like most of us you live on caffeine this could be the problem. Have a couple of days on just lots of water and see if that helps.... if not then check with a real MD |
I'm here waiting for the answer with you
