point them to google and explain that it also has a link to the sites, you are nothing more than a search engine for adults only , whereas google is peddling the video to minors..

Counter sue. Find some Jewish attorney who specializes in producing mountains of paper work. Make sure to print out the HTML, all codes, all programs, print out JPEG dumps. Keep pounding them with paper work. Keep on adding charges....like disrupting business, false accusations, distress, illness,.....

Print out Google search index with Allison Williams in search. Print out at least 5000 pages. Point to references in Google that have nothing to do "Allison Williams" since it is a very common name. Just keep repeating this with other famous names. Keep on sending packages and mountain stacks of paper.

This techique works well for me since I have been in court so many times for suing and being sued.

her lawyer has rejected some fair settlement offers per a friend of ours that made an offer recently. the webmaster had one link to juicybucks and some decent se placement.

countersuing and all the huffery will not sit well imho and this example is a good example of what happens when illegitimate affiliate ads get promoted by legitimate affiliates. the legit get sued while the illegit hideaway in distant locations :2 cents:

there were no releases on the allison williams video and it harmed her reputation. a lot of you cry about my legal rantings about content and the misnomer "public domain" and now you see reality. i am looking out for your best interests.

this case is not a joke for those caught in the cross-hairs and one should not assume that because a sponsor publishes pics or vid's that the sponsor is setup legit. greed gets you a couple quick dollars- then reality comes to take it all back and then some.

i have had a copy of the suit for over a while now - it is real and not c&d's.

this kind of shit breaks my heart for the affiliate's out there who did not know what they were doing and got popped.

the funny thing is is that the single gallery link they were complaining about was just a filler gallery that our search software picked up somewhere and it probably had some random affiliate code on it.

Is it really her in the video and she's saying it isn't?

my guess is that her lawyer is on contingency. this is a bad thing for defendants many times because the lawyer does not keep any semblance of objectivity. when they turned down the first settlement offer, was some fucking bullshit.

google will give you findlaw - you need the actual court and you can get the case# and it is public record. dude who started this thread could also post it.

any journalist could assist you as well since they are versed in such public info acquisitions as well.

the whole news/gossip site, public domain, horseshit burying your head in the sand approach is an expensive way to go vs. doing legitimate licensing deals with paparazzi and celebs.

even e television had us sign off so they could do a "report" on the video and include some images from it. what makes one think that their fly-by-night company is going to get away with anything?

the wild west is over for spam and celebs and a lot of the old stuff.

handling matters like this off the board does a disservice to innocent webmasters who would never hear from a shady sponsor that there was a problem in the first place.
