Live Cam Feeds 2257??
 

Does any one know how the new 2257 regs. effect live cam feeds that we purchase? Do we have to have on file all the performers info even though we are NOT producing the feeds?

Looks like you might have to keep digital copies of all feeds for 7 years after they are published.

perhaps a good lawyer who has dealt with the 2257 regs before would be your first bet rather than put your company's future in the hands of kids on GFY would be best

If you purchase feeds, don't you simply link to the content provider's page where the feeds are? Meaning, all you're doing is linking to them, not publishing them.
