Any OFFICIAL 2257 Info From Programs?
 

I'm curious to know if any of the paysites or larger service companies have or are planning to release an official statment to affiliates about 2257 regulations.


I imagine everyone is sitting around waiting to see what everyone else does, but somebody has to step up sooner or later and share some legal interpretations with us affiliates.


Decisions have to be made, I would like official information from some of the paysites I promote to assist me in the compliance process.

yeah i am wondering will they giving up the documents needed for gallery submitters

they are waiting to see if the free speech is able to get an injunction.. if so.. then they cant do shit regarding 2257 for several months. No use pushing the panic button yet

No. Except the email from Badgirlbucks, saying they will close missymonroe18.com and susietease.com due to the new 2257 regulations.

Well, from what I can tell, no paysite has made an official statement as of yet.

Hosted galleries should work.

Hotlinked pictures as well...

How about softcore tours??

We knew this was coming and have been working over time getting all docs ready.

We are hammering out all our reality sites first.

Then our DVD sites and finally our niche sites.

Any content providers that are not co-operative will be noted here and their content will be removed from our websites and promos. Replacements will be made of course

75.6 Statement describing location of books and records.
75.7 Exemption statement.
75.8 Location of the statement.


(c) Producer means any person, including any individual,
corporation, or other organization, who is a primary producer or a
secondary producer.
