Where can I buy content to put on a DVD
 

let's say I want to make a dvd but I dont want to shoot my own content is their anywhere I can just buy content and put it on the dvd?

http://blockbuster.com but seriously it's easier to just buy right to dvds instead of putting them together yourself you might want to check that out.

Humm so if I buy the rights to a dvd then can I cut it up and mix it with other content to make the dvd I want and give it a name and sell it?

Depends on the rights a lot will let you use them on sites and make copies of the dvd to sell in stores if you buy it outright you can do as you wish with it.
