i can grab heads and put them on a diff body, but making it look good is difficult... also if the photo has a different affect and making the head blend in to the photo..

can you explain the effect of how you wrote yargh in the roof and made it look like it fit there? or know what i should search for when looking for a tutorial?

Decrease opacity a bit, and voila.

That's very good work

Having an endless supply of the heads with transparent backgrounds (using the lasso tool) helps too. I've got about three different files that I use. A blue background (#0000FF) makes it easy to use for future photochops. :winkwink:

I do all of this in FireworksMX, not Photoshop, I find I can work much faster in that. This main file is saved appropriately as "TheyGaveMeHead.png". :1orglaugh
