Damn I wasn´t aware of that! Funny that most of the panties I send are shipped to the USA and I never had any delivery problems. Just sent some to Idaho last week and received a thank you email this morning from the guy. :)

Been illegal to ship such items for many years. Falls into the category of a biohazard. FedEx has special shipping for biohazard items, and so does UPS. Though it is brutally expensive. Best and safest bet is to always ship them via a private carrier and not the USPS. Ya never want to fuck with the Government on such things so private is always the way to go.

If your US based and shipping to US, then I would advise against it. Of course many do it and 99.9% will never get into trouble, unless they are looking for a reason to bust ya.

it is a health issue, there was a girl back a couple of years who got busted for having just a site to sell her dirty panties, she was making money to get through college. I know they shut her down and she was arrested, not sure what happened from there.

I also worked for a company "bidnow.com" years ago, that was going to try and they had to follow the laws which was you could not sell used panties.

Several women in the U.S. were charged under the postal act of shipping a biohazard material.
In one case in South Carolina a law student was caught when the disgrunteld purchaser sent here package back marked "child pon enclosed".
This case made CNN, she was find heavilly and nearly jailed.
Its simply no longer worth the risk on top off that you are shipping you DNA to someone.
