Anyone From Stats Remote Around?
 

I can't access my stats remote, there was a problem taking payment from my card, and in the space of 3 hours they just cut you off. I think that kinda sucks. I've paid it every month since I signed up, and coz one of my cards is fucked up they just cut me off with only an e-mail asking me to update my card details.

I did this, but still can't access it. Anyone care to help?

I replied to your email you sent today. BTW you were sent four notices with an update URL in the last four days (May 27, 28, 29, 30) before your account was finally cancelled. After the cancellation you were sent another email with instructions on how to renew your account.

Well today was the first notification I received.

Now I'm getting "Sale is rejected" error. This cannot be, the balance on my Mastercard is $0 and my limit is over $7000 LOL....

Anything else I can try?

That's strange. All billing emails are cc'd to our email address and we received all four emails.
