I really need more employees but I dont want them.
 

I have two people that work part-time for me that take up all the work I dont mind other people doing. Besides those two I pretty much run the rest of the biz myself. I have so much work to do but its work I cant stand the thought of somebody else doing. I have worked for other people before so I know first hand employees tend to never be as passionate as they would with their own business. What should I do? How do I get over this? Maybe I just have not found the right person yet. :helpme
