We almost ready to go live with NATS. Is a huge program with tons of features - and even though we aint live for another 24 hours on testing it has done everything we want and more! Plus support is really good. I been at em on ICQ emails the lot - and each time response was fast even to the many of my "dumb" questions. So I kinda think Nats rocks (so far ) :thumbsup

See sig, although we are booked for a few months.

Dunno why everyone is posting. He's just looking for programs to copy when he makes his software.

Nats..... Mostly all use it and why not get down with what works?

Not true, I now have three sites we want to build an affiliate program around, with two more coming soon.

I am interested in this from a users standpoint.

but if all the answears are the same ( like no fucking way I would trust bradshaw with my stats , look what he does to people with the information see Danza v. Bradweasle for clarification) and / or the Nats fiasco....

Then maybe we are better writing our own, I dont care if people with software to sell me post here, I want to talk to them to see if they are what we are lookinf for if so then we will take it .

I am more interested in knowing what the users/program owners think of the software actually and what works the best .

what about the bad press Nats has been getting lately?

and is using a third party the best way to go?

does anyone just sell me a software program and I administer it ? or is it mandatory to buy one that I use a third party solution?

We use MPA - www.mansionproductions.com fantastic program and the support is great, if you need to chat about it im available on ICQ anytime... we have been about for a few years and learnt alot :)

remember we actually bought Clickman when it was one the first ones, but luckily we got that refunded.¨

We have used MPA2 & MPA3 for quite some time, and we're very pleased with it.

If you have the programmers and experience I would have gotten my own made.
Make sure you trust the programmer(s) that they will stick around.

We spent $xxxxx to get our own made, and then the damn programmer just vanished, way to fed up he said. Caused a lot of problems that....

Clickman is terrible. Guy behind it is an idiot. I have personal experience.

Hit me up, we have a very sophisticated program, with almost any stats/graphs you can think of, I can also offer you a billingplatfomr which is very good. I can also provide you with dutch merchant accounts and companies. I have over 50 sponsors billing with us now. Only serious partners and some of the bigger boys. Hit me up for details, which I can't post here.

I am in the process of looking for some new affiliate software.

This is not for paysites but for stores.

1 site for affiliates, i.e. xxxcash.com, affiliate signs up, and can promote all stores from that 1 site / piece of software.

Want great stats, all link codes inside affiliate area, etc, etc, etc.

Lightspeed4 is the best, but sorry, its not for sale.
Custom software is well worth the investment.

I reccomend getting your own made.
Find a programmer with a PROVEN trackrecord - end if you can get to talk to some of the people he have worked with, its even better. I have also had a programmer leave before he was done.. set us back almost 2 month, since we had to find another programmer, get him up to speed, and rewrite the rest.

Before you get a programmer (freelancer or outsourced) make sure you have all the details in writing, or else you might be fucked. Make sure everything is descriped. The flow, functions and design

Buying a premade software makes you compromice most of the times

That is what I would reccomend, based on what I have tryed myself

nats rocks

I have been very pleased with the NATS affiliate system. It is extremely flexible, and gives you full control of the programs and options that you want to offer. The tech support is very good, and they are constantly upgrading and offering even more options.

The bad press will come and go, but it is a solid product with a solid group of guys behind it.

I keep seeing you mention that all the time, but I have yet to come across any program using Executive Stats (and belive me I checkout many sponsors)...

i think nichewealth is using ES, the good thing about ES is you get the source code so you can do anything you want with it

NATS was good... but v2 is GREAT.

Custom is the way to go, if you have a year and 6 figures to spend.... and the knowledge to put the right things into it.

And a few more months to work out bugs.

If you decide to go custom, let me know how it turns out.. we use freelance programmers all the time, but its always har do find a good one

MPA3 is perfect for this. Comes with a super storefront/shopping cart. Check out a couple of the programs doing it here: www.dvds4abuck.com or www.xtvcash.com - they used their own backend for the storefront that we just tied into MPA3. Works perfectly.

Ill take you through a demo when you have an hour to spare. (Its a BIG piece of software)
