How many days does it take you to recover from a hardcore night of drinking?

As I get older it seems as it takes longer every year I am at the two day mark before im back to completely normal

sonofsam 06-02-2005 10:21 PM

I was drunk once 16 years ago hehe

Mike Okitch 06-02-2005 10:29 PM

Takes me the better part of a day with loads of gatorade which I stock up on before my drinking binge. That and tylenols and last but not least, an unplugged telephone.

From the "I read it in Maxim magazine so it must be true" files, run a google search for "RU-21". Good things have been said about it.

Nah, they suck. When you can buy it on the counter at 7-11 the people that say it works are the ones that believe it worked because of what they read on the wrapper. Take a couple of advil and drink a big glass of water before you go to bed and you'll be fine.

Damian_Maxcash 06-02-2005 10:40 PM

48 hours for me.... It goes up a few hours every year

Ive heard good stuff about that RU-21 as well

But I dont think its available in the UK

swedguy 06-02-2005 10:45 PM

Only solution is to drink less :)

It usually takes a day or two, and lots of cola to get me back to normal. Hangovers suck.

kernelpanic 06-03-2005 02:05 AM

less than one

Queensmoke 06-03-2005 08:22 AM

I agree .. one day should be enough

sickkittens 06-03-2005 08:44 AM

I don't care to find out. Last time I drank alot I was fine the next afternoon. It's waking up early in the morning that sucks.

FilthyRob 06-03-2005 08:45 AM

at least 3 - 5 days

ProjectNaked 06-03-2005 08:50 AM

Everyone is a bit different, some people are good in 6-8 hours of sleep and some need 2 days plus. I have a friend who has a turbo charged metabolism that never seems to get hangovers. He drinks 3 or 4 nights a week, eats all day long - weighs 120 lbs and always manages to get up before 10:00 am and be fine. I usually sleep through them if possible, til noon or later.

:drinkup

LittleSassy 06-03-2005 08:59 AM

24hr at least...with water and sleep...and coke:)
