Starting to worry about my new neighbors... white trash
 

They seem nice, I talked with them a couple times but I still get this overbearing urge to refer to them as white trash and soon to be trouble.

Now picture this, they have a yard of their own but their 6 or so kids insist on playing in my next door neighbors yard and using my yard as a shortcut to everything. Even after telling them to get the hell off my property they insisted on playing with their bikes in my driveway an hour later. "Why can't they use their own yard?" I asked myself.. I looked and it's quite simple, in their little yard they have a Wal-Mart 9 foot wide inflatable pool, 20 lawn chairs, dog house, dog, big tent, bon fire pit, 1970's citation trailer, a big old van that the father smashed up for kicks in his yard and holes dug up all over the place to bury the dog shit.

They've been there 2 months and already ruined the property and are making the block look like shit. They have a HUGE Canadian flag hanging across the front of their house and smaller ones everywhere. Total disregard for the look of the neighborhood. Reminds me of the trailer park boys.
Their property is a fucking eyesore and I hate looking at it. What I hate even more is that they use their bonfire pit every night during a province wide BAN on fires of any kind due to the forest fire index being so high. There is a tree line between our row of homes and the parks and that fire is right under the tree line and next to my next door neighbor's shed which borders my huge 70 year old oak tree that would easily fall on my house and crush it should it catch fire.

I just hate it when people like this ruin the quality of living in neighborhoods. Again, they seem like nice people, just NO fucking manners and no shred of civility in them.

I have black neighbors with exactly the same problems. Interesting! Blacks hate rednecks, rednecks hate blacks, but they live the same.

Call your neighborhood association on them and they will say something to them about it

sounds like my place, i got no idea how my neighbours even got into the place below me, there are 2 other places below mine, on the very bottom is a group of black guys who all share the place, they kinda take turns at the place when they come visit ottawa from montreal, there must be like 10 of them.. but never the same ones, and some of them are great, quiet friendly, and than others scream and blast the music. I still yet to figure out how they talk so fucking loud, i tried it one day as i walked by into my house, and i felt like an idiot.. and than i got the white trash welfare, beat up my wife, alcolholic, coke head that doesnt stop screaming at his ... sorry not his.. but her 3 kids, he is always smashing shit around, always knocking on my door to talk to me. I moved out of the bad neighbourhood and into this one cause my gf is pregnant and i wanted some peace.. if i look out my bedroom window I see a golf coarse, all the houses around here are very nice homes.. and me im stuck with the 2 worst neighbours possible.

Im waiting for the black guys to get evicted.. cause they didnt pay their rent, landlord knocking on the door and they were home, actually pretty funny to see... and waiting for bonehead downstairs to do something really stupid and his gf finally call the cops on him so he is outta here.

I used to have neighbours like that; we couldn't even watch tv in our own home (with the doors and windows closed) because they were always outside partying around the fire pit like it was a campground or something.

We got sick of it and started to call the fire department every time they lit up. The fire trucks came with sirens blaring, firemen in full gear, hoses out, in their back yard. We'd sit and watch from our back windows and giggle.

After a few times they got embarassed enough to stop with the outdoor parties and shut the fuck up.

call the cops on the kids for trespassing and for the neighbors for burning when there is a ban. make it anonymous.

I once had a similar problem with trash moving in next door. After about a year of not getting any satisfaction from police or animal control, I solved the problem myself. They were renters of course, so I just contacted the property owner and bought the house out from under them. Got rid of them, cleaned up their mess, and made a nice profit on resale. :thumbsup

That's not the point.

The point is that people who do shit like that all over their property tend to be white trash or skinheads. Since they have a black baby living witht hem they're obviously not skinheads. Go into a run down trialer park around there and that's how people decorate their poperties is with flags all over the damn place. It's just fucking ugly. It's not hurting anyone but is hurting the value of the neighborhood. This is a nice little older neighborhood. Old war homes all renovated. Family neighborhood. Their house is falling apart, obviously never had any renovatons, flags everywhere covering up windows and covering up vehicle mishaps. it's just fucking trashy


By biggest concern is not that though, I don;t see the flags from my own property, it's the bon fire pit and their ignorant little twits running throughe veryone's yards. NMy next door neighbor is semi-retired and takes care of his property, if he knew what these brats were doing playing in his yard while he's out of town he would FLIP.

Even thought these new neighbors are a bit trashy and a concern for future trouble as they don't obey my no tressspassing rules for my property it's better than the killers that were there last year. Couple of teens used to party there all the time that killed a cab driver in cold blood for $100. That family that lived there then had no respect, partying all night and keeping the neighborhood awake and setting cans of pain on fire effectively fumigating my home. Idiots. SO I guess I sholdn't complain too much.

If it weren't for the whole family camping out all day long in the yard I would walk over and take a picture. it's nasty, reminds me of low rental welfare projects.


At least these guys cut their lawn tho... last tennants who rented that place (I'm pretty sure it's a lease, don't think that house would ever sell on the market) didn;t. Talk about a mosquito problem last year :/

Fuck. i wish the house would finally cave into the ground heh. Their foundation is crumbling out from under them, so much so that my next door neighbor wanted to pave his driveway but is not allowed to because the weight of the payloader, compactor and extra materials would sink into the trashy house's basement.

hubby works during the day as far as I know and wifey takes the kids to the park occasionaly, so I'll try and snap a shot.
