I don't understand the new 2257 at all but it seems like I cannot comply.

I have a thumb TGP so how do I post 2257 for every thumb.
I actually pull the thumbs from SHG without ever seeing the gallery.

Do I need 2257 for every thumb?

What about banners?

Do I have to unlink any galleries that don't have 2257.

How would I know if the shit was correct anyway?
Can't publishers just put anything there?

How will search engines get away with their image search that pulls up tons of porn?

I'm seriously thinking of getting out of America; it's a new bag of shit everyday. I feel like I'm guilty of just fucking existing.

Accept only softcore thumbs
Change your thumb to a text tgp
Put up banners with only softcore content
Change your banners to text ads

will wait and see what comes of the new law...I produce my own stuff so no worries

I don't really know if that protects me.
A text link to a gallery might be considered publishing to some judge.
My site made the material accessible(public) by posting the link.

And irony about softcore images...softcore of underage is still CP!!!

Which will not really help. Lightspeed Cash is the first in line to announce that if you promote them with their content and don't follow the 2257 regs, they will close your account, no matter where in the world you are.

While I like LSC they are far from beeing the only program available, out of dozens of good programs belive me not all will follow...

The best thing you can do is take the advice from everyone here on the board, then go to any law enforcement website of your choosing, and start spamming every e-mail on that site with this message:

"FUCK YOU GUYS!!! I AM IN FULL COMPLIANCE!! THE POST WHORES ON GFY SAID SO!!"

then append your name, address, and phone number.

or, you can buck up and go talk to a good first amendment lawyer.

But they will far from being the only one.
