If you have sent any money to the Free Speech Coalition MUST READ

After talking to Michelle at the FSC, she indicated that the FSC connot publish their members or the amounts they have contributed. But I can. If you have contributed and want others to know go here can create a account http://chokertraffic.com/webmasters/signup.php login and click on the FSC Bank. Update your profile and walla your info will appear here

http://chokertraffic.com/public/fsc.php

Please note that over 1000 webmasters visit these stats pages every day so you will get free webmaster traffic just for supporting the FSC.

If you do not want your info public, select this in your profile and your company name etc will not be published but the amount you contributed will be. This will give us some idea what we all together have raised for the FSC.

I will also be introducing more incentives later for programs on this page, maybe free banner spots or something along those lines. As this page gets full please pass it around and support these guys by doing business with them.

WRONG ANSWER. CTTS sends out emails when specific events occur with accounts. Anyone can turn their email notifications off at will. Don't be a asshole dude. This is a serious thread, there is no need to try to derail it.

How much is the min we can donate? And were do we donate?

pussyluver 06-05-2005 04:46 PM

Back on Topic! A question I brought up in another thread, but logged off till the next day and don't knowif there was a response.

If one supports FSC and is listed as protected under an injunction they may gain. What happens when the injunction fails, expires or is over turned?? Now the government has a nice black list to go after. Is there a down side to being part of this is the question?

Even if if the the injunction is sustained, there still could exsist a black list for the justice department. Large programs like Choker's or Epic (also donated) are up on the radar anyway. I can't afford what the litigation would cost....

Also don't want to pay $60/domain (or more), have a few. Have problems with monies going to ASACP too. I may support their concepts, but up to me how much to donate.

If the injunction fails what does it matter anyway? I am almost totally 2257 complient. If I were singled out because I contributed to a trade organization that fought the regs I would think that would be grounds for dismal of any charges that I am not complient. I'm not a attorney but showing a jury that I was picked on because I actively opposed the new regs sure sounds like selective prosecution which is unlawful.

Sounds like a simple answer, but how would you prove that up? Plus they have more than one way to go after people they don't like. IRS may be an example, but there are many more.

Not an attorney - this is not legal advice

Also remember you can check off to not show your name on this page, in that case it will show "Private" and just show what you contributed.

As part of discovery in any litigation, they could get a list of those involved or gave money. So not public doesn't mean shit.

Bottom line is sometimes ya just have to have to have the balls to do what you believe. I think your support of FSC may affect your sales?? I admire your efforts...

Only if they had a lawsuit against the members of FSC. If no injunction then the DOJ has the green light to begin inspections, if they started with a list of people who supported the FSC then well it would open up another can of worms as far as due process etc etc. I'm going to borrow your disclaimer here LOL

If one could prove they went after FSC members, that would be a slam dunk win. Life isn't that simple.

If they come knocking, even if you have the your ducks in a row, there will be some test cases. that's just the way it is.

Disclaimer is required - Not an attorney - not legal advice

Anyway, It is just plain stupid to sit with ones thumb up ones ass while we all get fucked over. I suspect you have over 1000 domains. Don't have that many, but still think of the cost + the fight over the money words like adult.com.
