Business Idea ~ For anyone that wants it
 

Gretchen over at XBiz World really liked the idea I gave them, but Alec says they're a little too busy to take on more projects. So, I'm going to pass this on to anyone else that might be interested.

In the music industry, there are a few business directories that have been around for a few years. My company is listed is all of them and I have to say, I do get a good chunk of business from them.

My idea, or suggestion, is for someone to create a business directory like these for the online adult industry. Revenue would be generated through sales of the directory and advertisers.

If you want to see how many advertisers they get, get a copy. They do pretty good. I've advertised in them :thumbsup .

I clicked and went there, but I can't see whereabouts you would get a copy of the actual directory? It shows how to get listed, how to advertise and the various categories, but for the life of me I can't find a link to the actual directory. Is it only hardcopy or is it online?

It'll be hardcopy, with a code to access the directory online. The first issue hasn't been released yet. I'll make some noise when it is. :thumbsup

But it looks like it's for offline. My suggestion is primarily for ONLINE businesses ;-)

Well, online in a sense for those businesses whose main revenue comes from the internet or serve internet businesses. I know there are a lot of businesses that don't generate revenue online, but serve those that do.
