if there are no images what-so-ever on your site, all there will be are textlinks to sponsors FHGs, than is that site completely compliant? purely all sponsors FHGS, no submitted galleries on there.

i already had a few text sites to begin with, so now i am just contemplating on turning all my sites to text for a quick fix, if it will make them totally compliant. i aint all that good at record keeping so until someone comes up with a good system to help out affiliates this will have to do :(
