Im now anti VideoCharge...looking for new software

Has anyone ever split full mpeg scenes into wmv and mpeg clips for a member section using the batch mode with VideoCharge and not gotten errors?
The software will allow you to batch lets say 50 scenes and export them as X second clips in a certain format like 700kbps wmv, which is well worth the 60 bucks the program costs.
But ive tried this on 6 different machines and gotten random errors on random videos. Ive never been able to get past 4 or 5 videos without this error.
This happends weither im coding mpeg's, 56kbps and 700kbps wmv's(NTSC or PAL). Ive tried on a P3 machine, P4, P4 HT and gotten the same error. Ive also tried it on a machine with 512 memory and one with 2 G.
So...... Spam me with video programs that batch... or just tell me im retarted and why :winkwink:

The coding quality is very nice...but the batch does not work right.... whats also funny is thier know issues on thier website.

The only problem I've ever had with VideoCharge was after the update.

My output files were coming out screwy. I sent an email and the logfiles and had things fixed within 24 hours.

Did the old version, im assuming 2.0 allow you to batch?

Yep.

I just checked the machine I do my batching on, because I had 35 scenes I was cutting up last night.

Made it through the entire batch without any hassles.

I'm not sure where in the world they're located, but there was usually a 12 hour or so difference from when I submitted a request for support and when I got it.

If you've got issues, DEFINITELY get with they. They'll do whatever they can to get things straightened out...and make it worth your while :thumbsup
