Utah sued over Internet porn law
(June 10) Fourteen plaintiffs, ranging from local bookstores to a former Libertarian candidate for attorney general to the national Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, have filed suit against the state of Utah over its new Internet pornography law, claiming it "imposes severe content-based restriction on the availability, display and dissemination of constitutionally protected speech on the Internet."

These sort of cases set precidences that are looked at later in judges decissions. I hope they win!
