2257 for photographers outside the USA

If I shoot content for USA webmasters, what documents would USA webmasters need now?

Basically the same as before but a willingness on the part of the model to dispense her home address. That is, assuming the content being shot comes under the terms of 2257.

I've not spoken with one non-US photographer yet, who would agree to supply model personal data to Tom, Dick and Harry.

Where do the regulations mention anything about revealing a model's address? There's some discussion in the comments section, but I can't find where the regulations themselves mandate that producers (whether primary or secondary) are required to maintain this information.

I used to respect the USA, but GW has lost the fucking plot with this 2257 shit.

I am not registering any domains in the US, I am no longer going to host in the US and thank "God" (sorry GW) Paycom and CCbill have EU operations.
2257's aim apparently is to prevent CP, yeah fine, go find the CP and prosecute them don't ask every fucking webmaster to prove they don't have CP.

This law breaks every human right you can think of, "did I murder someone today ?" no, but apply the 2257 logic to homicide and I would have to prove I didn't kill anyone today instead of the state making a case against me !!!
