Of course, like you said, it is going to have to be taken to court because it does violate the right to privacy clause and the first amendment. You might also recall that this all started with Oprah because of an 11 year old child describing how her Uncle took pictures of her and put them on the Internet and her mother admitted that the average age of the men who subscribed to her photos were in their 40's!! Oprah shit and went to the Bushes and before long anything that will give a man a hard-on is suddenly illegal. Sex sells and so does "anti-sex" and there are thousands of Republican politicians up for some kind of an election who are running on "get tough on sex crimes" an making even more stuff illegal. You guys number one problem - as I have said all along - is that you didn't give any money back to the Political Parties who were in power!!! If you can't join the enemy at least you can buy them off!!

Anyway, I am still interested!! I will be willing to work on an individual basis or with a group - whatever is appropriate. Right now my minimum retainer is $500 and I charge between $25 and $50 an hour for all research and preparation of arguments. I do not represent anyone in court. They will be instructed on how to represent themselves up to and through the "setting for trial" stage and then I will show them how to obtain a really good court-appointed counsel to take over. If this interests you let me know and I will send the name of my bank to you. I am ready any time. I am set up now with an even better research plan that before as far as the Legal databases that I use. I can defeat all that has transpired and do it very economically but, it will be better and more effective to go as a class - action.

He was retired last time I talked to him so I can see why he wouldn't want to travel all over the United States for court appearances. If anyone was wondering about that part.
