How did it slip past me Land of the Dead was coming out?

Trailer was lame, zombies have been so over used in the past few years it's hard to care about a movie that's about them anymore.

You can have any opinion you desire. I really do not care how often zombies are used myself. These are Romero zombies and that in its self is reason enough for me.

Yeah I have the 24th marked on my calendar already. I can't wait. Romero is the king.

pretty much like the resident evil-dawn of the dead movie...still i like watching zombies...:)

This is a MAJOR event for horror fans. The GOD of zombie flicks releasing his latest installment. I'm having the day off and will probably watch it twice!!!

Fuck, George A Romero is the greatest zombie movie guy ever. No zombie movie not made by him has ever come close to being awsome. This movie > all other movies. Ever.

Romero was making zombie movies when Paul Anderson (director/writer of Resident Evil) was still in diapers.. And Dawn of the Dead (2004) is a remake of Romero's 1978 film of the same name.

I thought the Dawn of the Dead remake was really good. One of the best horror movies I've seen in the past decade.

It was a remake. If the original was not a classic horror movie, no remake. That's the point here. Romero = Zombie movies.
