It took George Lucas 28 years to tell the whole Star Wars story
I give him credit as a filmmaker for following through and finishing up his vision (even if some of the movies were stinkers).
A life's work. |
I think he forced the last 3.
|
George Lucas came out of the closet the other day. Says, he like to butt fuck starwars fans wearing his creazy costumes.
|
I count six movies out of nine.
Or is there something funny in the latest release? |
Like i was saying George Lucas came out of the closet and likes to fuck butt fuck starwars fans. He also likes to say "the force is in you" when he puts it in....

There are still 3 episodes yet to go.
The series has nine episodes, so nothing is finished yet. |
I wish he would've made the prequels in the 80's after return of the jedi. I think I would've liked them better without all the heavy cgi.

jesus, this last movie was suck a dissapointment. Great story, awesome effects, horrible and wooden acting.
but wtf, it was only $10 |
I wish episodes 1 and 2 didn't suck so much. Wasted what would have been the perfect series of movies...

there are 9 episodes, it's a fact |
I'm constatntly amazed that people can get get so worked up over and show great devotion to such a shitty series of movies. Same with the Matrix movies.
FACT: George Lucas is a hack. He was a shitty filmmaker when he made American Graffiti and he's a shitty filmmaker now. George, get your goddamn hand of it. Enough is enough. You Star Wars geeks make me sick. Get a life, get laid and stop playing with your gay fucking Luke Skywalker figurines. Homos. |

I was in the theater back in the 70's when it first came out... the very first one. Everyone noticed in the opening text dialogue that it said "Episode 4", and everyone was asking about why it was episode 4 and not episode 1... and it was learned at that time that it was actually 4 of 9. I thought it was common knowledge, but I guess not. :D |

I thought there were 9 books originally? And then he made the books into movies and just chose to start at book #4? Thus.... there was always the hope that there would be 3 more AFTER the original 3 as well.

Okay, on this site: http://www.briz3.net/movies/details/3984.html
It says... "After Star Wars became a success, Lucas announced his intention to turn the film into a series, originally totaling nine films (later pared back to six). Consequently, most reissue prints now feature the title Star Wars: Episode IV?A New Hope, with The Empire Strikes Back (1980) and Return of the Jedi (1983) serving as Episodes Five and Six in the serial, and Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999) going back to the myth's beginnings. ? Mark Deming" This site: http://scifi.about.com/library/starw...sixornine.htm# ... shows clearly that the nine episode plan was the original plan, but now says that the final word on it is that it has indeed been pared down to six, with elements of episodes 7-9 incorporated into episode six (Return of the Jedi). Apologies to Dork Jedi, he's right. But for those of you who didn't know about the original 9-movie plan, now you know. |
