What Amusement Park Do You Unwind At?

http://www.medievaltimes.com/

I have been dying to visit this theme restaurant. Anyone try it before?

Forest 06-17-2005 01:16 PM

was at islands of adventure acouple weeks ago

was amazing

JUSTB 06-17-2005 01:18 PM

We have passes for Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. The new coaster at BG is awesome.

I've never been to Medievel Times but I went to the Arabian Nights show in Orlando and that was really neat. Gorgeous horses.

kristin 06-17-2005 01:18 PM

Cedar Point!!!

Morgan 06-17-2005 01:27 PM

medieval times is kinda lame...

vvq 06-17-2005 01:32 PM

We went last summer and rode the Dragster, wow --- that was fast, to say the VERY least!

When I was younger we'd go every year, I hope to carry on that tradition with my boys once they get a little older.

Went there years ago. Pretty fun and worth at least giving it a try.

BigBen 06-17-2005 01:40 PM

Oh, and to answer the subject... Six Flags Magic Mountain. About 2 minutes from my office but still haven't been there in probably about a year.

Were you vacationing here?

It was so funny the day we went on it we were walking to get in line just as it hit the water and it completely soaked us. You don't get wet when you're riding it though. My favorite part was where it hangs you for 5 seconds before the big initial drop. I screamed so hard i was hoarse!

I visited Universal Studios in Orlando, really nice! :thumbsup

Greg B 06-17-2005 05:31 PM

What about Universal in LA? Any rides worth it? Six Flags scares me with that old man dancing thingie. That fucker should be banned. They put up a billboard near my crib with TWO of him on it like he's a clone or something. He looks too much like Grandpa the ghoul from the original 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre'.

I heard of that place in Ohio! People rave about it!

Hey, is Playland at Rye Beach still around? Haven't been there in years!

How about Vegas? I have to go do the 'Star Trek' thing of course.

Tampa is just a 1 hr drive from Orlando =)

Yeah, I have video of that ride it was great. I didn't like all the WASPs and buzzing around at the very top (it does get quiet up there)

Even though they don't let you choose what row. The Front row is still the best the back row does get misted from the water being sprayed.

Best part about that park 2 free cold beers =)

Spunky 06-17-2005 05:41 PM

Pacific National Exhibition :thumbsup

they never pay attention!

we were in Orlando Sat. My father in law lives in Melbourne so we met there, halfway, for Father's Day. Ate at a place called Salsa at the Fl Mall. It was pretty good.

supra1000 06-20-2005 12:25 PM

Either Knott's or Six Flags Magic Mountain, have annual passes to both, and that is how I spend the rare day away from the computer.

LittleMack 06-21-2005 05:21 PM

I have season tickets at Universal Studios/Island of Adventure...great parks. I just got back from a vacation up north and hit, Kings Dominion(Richmond VA) and Kennywood(Pittsburgh) all great parks. Love Cedar Point too!

LittleMack 06-21-2005 05:22 PM

phogirl69 06-21-2005 05:31 PM

sickkittens 06-21-2005 07:03 PM

I was supposed to go to the one in Orlando (Kissimmee) but never ended up going. :(

sickkittens 06-21-2005 07:03 PM

BTW, I go to Six Flags New England a few times a year. That's usually pretty fun.

FilthyRob 06-21-2005 07:03 PM

The medevil times here is pretty decent. I like to take a big group of people. The food is ok and you get some beer.

Now when the Wild Bills down the street reopens, that place is way better.

That's if your here near Buena Park, CA like me.
