Should I have a full refund?

Stayed in a hotel for the past couple of days as it was my cousins wedding. Last night after the wedding everyone hit the rooms at about 3am. From 4am in the morning till 6.30 the fire alarms kept going off.

We were evacuated from the hotel twice and I didnt get one bit of sleep. After the second evacutation I thought fuck am I running out again on another false alarm so decided to just shag the lady.

Had to take today off as I am to tired to go to work. The hotel refused to give me a refund when I checked out this morning and didnt offer anything as compensation.

The room cost $500 per night. I am not one to charge back but I was thinking about charging back just for the room cost for one night. Paying the bar bill etc is fine as I did enjoy consuming some fine drinnks and food. I just dont think I should pay for the last nights stay.

File a written complaint. Make it look good and mention some sites youre gonna post your review at or some customer organisation, im sure theyve them too whereever you are.

Or simply cb yes :)

I'd give them a call and speak to some form of upper management and see what they suggest you do. Explain the situation thoroughly and calmly. They might comp you out a few nights next time around, or just refund the night. You never know

Actually I think a written complaint with a threat of charging back would be best. 1 false fire alarm I could handle...but 4?

Tell 'm you are going to post this on GFY. That should scare them enough to give you a refund ;)))

The whole wedding at this hotel cost upwards of $100k. To say I was pissed off was an understatement. The hotel was amazing. I would settle for being comped at any of this chains other hotels!
