Anyone seen a program like this?

Will load up a ton of .htm and .html files into it, and add a line of text that is linked to a url? Basically just adding a few lines of html to the bottom of every .htm and .html page I have selected

can you do something that woudl run server side so I wouldn't have to reupload all the pages? pretty much say on Domain 1, select all .htm and .html files in all directories and subdirectories, and add this piece of HTML to the bottom of all .htm and .html pages
