Derek, I posted this in another thread where someone else was having issues with 2003b, has bailed me out quite a few times.

Go to Main -> Preferences -> Connections, click the Server tab. Leave host as login.icq.com and below set the port to 443. For Proxy settings, check Using Firewall and below check Using proxy and choose HTTP. Below that check Keep connection alive. Hopefully this will solve it, did so for me many times.

Hope this helps.

Can I use that for icq pro 2003a?

I haven't been able to get ICQ to work on my desktop so I have to use my laptop for ICQ. I do not want to lose my ICQ logs on my desktop.
