Banking Bucks USC 2257 press release
 

Due to the recent changes in the law concerning United States Code, Title 18, Section USC 2257, the owners and operators of Banking Bucks affiliate program have decided (after considerable consultation with their lawyers) that we would like to issue the following statement regarding the new law, and its ramifications pertaining to the release of ID's of models used in productions.

We are unwilling to provide access to model ID's to webmasters unless they are willing to conform to the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia. At that juncture we will provide access to a restricted area on our servers where all the relevant information is now stored in a digitized format which is USC 18 2257 compliant. For all Banking Bucks sexually explicit videos and images, including and not limited to banners and free content, we will give access to 2257 documents in the following manner.

Banking Bucks will provide these records in encrypted file format, which will be available for download inside the webmaster area. This file will be continuously updated as we add new promotional material and free content. We will provide a phone number so that in the event of a lawful 2257 investigation after June 23rd webmasters who have downloaded our 2257 encrypted document file to their hard drive will be able to gain access.

Banking Bucks will require the following information:

1. Banking Bucks ID and Password
2. Verification of Account Details
3. Name and accreditations of the Lawful 2257 Investigator



What this means to our affiliates and future affiliates of Banking Bucks:

Banners and Ads - We request that you cease to use any banners that depict hardcore acts, until such time as we can ensure the privacy of our models. We are working on an online form that webmasters who have signed up for our program will be able to download from our webmaster admin area. They will then need to download and fax this form to us. Basically it ensures that you are in complaince with the conformation of the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and as such you will safe guard the privacy and integrity of any such information about people performing in our productions.

We are adding softcore banners and ads as we speak, to offer the best promotional material available to help you continue to be more successful.

Our free hosted galleries that we have already created are 100% USC 2257 complaint due to them being hosted by us, and we highly recommend that you make use of them to promote our sites now and in the future.
