After reviewing the new 18 U.S.C. 2257 Clarifications with our legal
counsel, SilverCash has modified our affiliates "Terms Of Use".

Here are the changes that will take effective June 23rd, 2005:

1. SilverCash will no longer offer sexually explicit free content
that is not served off our domains. We are working on new non-explicit
free content, check for updates within the SC affiliate area.

2. SilverCash will no longer be offering sexually explicit banners, HPAs,
FPAs, etc. If you have downloaded any promotional materials to
your server and 2257 applies to you, we recommend you replace them
with new material located within the SC affiliate area, more to be
added soon. If you have special promotional material requirements
contact us at [email protected]

3. All of SC static free hosted galleries will remain the same, so
those of you who are using these FHGs will see no change in
linking or content. However we will be removing all our old
rotating FHG's, affiliate links to these galleries will carry
your affiliate ID over to the site promoted.

4. Regarding free hosting: ProfitFree will no longer offer hosting
on the domain profitfree.com, all users will have to use their
own domain, or they will not be eligible for free hosting.

5. As with our affiliates info, the privacy of our models info is
important. We will not be giving out the 2257 documents with
IDs for any of our models to protect their privacy and security.

We appreciate the support of our webmasters/affiliates in this ever
changing industry. If the new 18 U.S.C. 2257 Clarifications are going
to cause major problems with your promotions, feel free to hit us up.
SC hopes to make this as painless as possible for all our affiliates.

We highly recommend that to ensure you are compliant you use our hosted
materials or contact us to make sure that what you are using is in
compliance. SC will not be held responsible for use of any unauthorized
content used to promote our sites.
