They haven't been to court, which is scheduled at 1:30pm Thursday.

They are announcing a deal between FSC and DOJ at 1:30 pm Thursday.

Read between the lines. It certainly sounds like they won't be going to court at all.

that's what the DOJ is arguing in reponse to FSC's suit. not what the 'judge' has decided.

The made a deal, it's not going to court. No court = no TRO.

Probably because his lawyer is one of the "big dawgs" behind this.

There are about a dozen people that have been saying for a couple weeks now "stop worrying, get back to work, you'll see why soon". I guess in another 13 hours we'll find out if they were right.

Anything is better than nothing, but what freaks me out is the fact that they could not stop it. I thought for sure they would get the TRO.
