JKP was a pink sheet stock and in their case nothing but a scam.

stock was owned primarily by porners and bob freidland was the majority stock holder.

JKP didnt "go public"

they bought a publicly traded "legit" pink sheet stock and were ushered in

Jill was never anythinig but a name it was all freidland from day one

While I've no clue what's actually happening with JKP as a company, I have the rights to sell about 200 JKP titles. These titles are encoded in multiple speeds, have screen caps, box covers and some other information already entered into a database for easy integration. I've also got the documents to satisfy 2257, as two prominent attorneys have deemed compliant.

If you are interested in the videos, let me know. They can ship immediately on hard drives. I'll be around for a couple more hours today and then I will be out of pocket tomorrow, and in Toronto over the weekend.

Bummer. I thought they were doing okay. They cranked out a steady stream of good quality movies, but apparently didn't make enough to even cover the overhead.

the whole thing stunk to high heaven when you looked at the balance sheet

we were trying to get 2257 for thier content and still no luck, so no matter what happens, I guess we'll have to throw thier content to the trash bin. Just a shame, they had really good content :(

Yes, its been rumored for weeks. Its also rumored the Jill resigned weeks ago.

Jill was never more than a paid employee. There were alot of rumors that it was a front for money laundering. There were also some really suspicious fires. One was at Jill's house and she was lucky to get out along with her roommate Tyler Faith. Then there was a fire at the warehouse.

They are down to three:

Jenna Haze
Tyler Faith
Tyra Banks

According to AVN today Jill has left the company along with Jenna Haze who's contract just expired.
