So Toolz and Ruth does this mean the ARS BYOT and g3x are back to normal?

Absolutely not, this doesn't say the law isn't going to be enforced till then, it's merely delaying the court date for the TRO.

The law is not going to be enforced until then IMHO.

who really cares? programs are telling affiliates to pull their non compliant content off their sites or lose their earnings. you think they'll put a hold on that until this is played out in court? the answer is no
