It's not often I bring business onto a public message board, but this weird ass has annoyed me to the point where I believe I'd be doing a disservice to not let others know what the hell they're getting involved in if they choose to do business with him.

I've been looking for some content for a while now, a very specific niche that most people do not have, and this guy sent me an unrequested email claiming that he 'represents' 10 photographers throughout europe. I guess he buys cheap content from photogs in Poland who don't have internet access or something, at least that's what it looks like now.

When I told him what specifically I was after, he claimed that particular niche (and it's a small niche) was HIS 'specialty'. This seemed strange since he seemed to be implying that he took these photos himself when only moments before he said he 'represented' other photographers. But the samples looked OK so I placed a small sample order of 4 photo sets and gave him clear detailed parameters for the shoots. I mentioned to him if these sets were done to my satisfaction, there might be more orders on a regular basis since I will need them for updates on my site. Something most people would clue in on as being a good opportunity.

Now before the photo shoot even starts, he began asking me questions about blogs. I don't mind helping somebody out a bit when I'm getting something in return so I gave him some advice - for about an hour or so. The fella was starting to annoy me a bit, but I just figured he had a needy personality and dismissed it at that.

Then I get a message from him saying the photo sets were done but there is a problem, 'they' (whoever 'they' are - I guess this wasn't 'his' specialty at this point again) only did three photo shoots and took video, so the 4 photo sets I contracted for were not done. I agreed to take a video instead of the 4th set, no big deal. Although one would think that a person would like to at least deliver a FIRST SAMPLE order with the correct number and format of sets purchased.

Then I looked at the content. It was OK, some of the pics were really nice, a few were fucked up a little, looking like an amateur shot them (I really don't need close ups straight up the models nostril), some of them had girls with hairy pimply asses visible, oh well nothing photoshop can't fix - though a good photographer wouldn't have been centering on that anyway since this was a non-nude shoot. Well it was supposed to be a non-nude shoot with the girls wearing lingerie, instead they were wearing knitted sweaters and tank top shirts. :error

So this is all taken care of, then the guy sends me an icq asking for a link to his new blog. My blog is a teen blog and I only link to the teen niche. I'm in the middle of doing other business, so I ignore the message. Then a few minutes later my ICQ is lighting up like a christmas tree with this dude repeating every few minutes:
"You owe me a link"
"You owe me a link"
"You owe me a link"...

Well that's just a bit rude and the guy had already fucked up the content order, my only reason for chatting with him to begin with, so I decided not to respond.

This morning about one minute after I turn on my PC, he sends an ICQ asking something like "Are you all right? :-)" So I respond yes I'm ok, then he starts with the "You owe me a link" shit again, to which I tell him I don't link to non-teen blogs. Then the fucker starts telling me how he hates people like me, making vague threats, blah blah blah... anyway the dude got himself set to 'ignore' faster in one conversation than anyone I've had the displeasure of chatting with in the last two years.

Anyhow, my point is this guy hasn't been able to handle himself in any kind of professional manner, didn't deliver content in the manner in which he was contracted for, and can't keep his story straight about whether he's a photographer or is merely representing photographers (which seems to be the case), and on top of that seems to be in constant need of attention. Buyer beware.

I made the same mistake... made a small order to try him out. The content was poorly shot, many problems, and I have yet to recieve any docs or high res copies of anything. I ICQ him a reminder every couple weeks and he always swears he'll come through but it's very clear my money was wasted on nothing.

he was selling one of his blogs a few weeks ago, I took a look at it, asked if he writes the posts himself (since it were long well written english posts and he didn't speak english very well) and said yes.

It took me 10 seconds with google to find out all his posts were copied from other sites.

I looked at one of his blogs recently too.. it was totally plagarized from other's.

before you do biz with someone, check his GFY history

often you can just see 5 threads to find out a guy is either clueless or likely to be a scammer

This guy tried to deal with me way back at the beginning of the year and I smelled something strange right away and never did biz with him, but yes, he sent me ICQ after ICQ drove me nuts.

I hope he enjoys the duplicate content penalty that SE's give copied sites

Its very strange that this guy didnt mentionate he owe me still money. He didnt pay for the content he ordered, or better he payed 50% and then disappeared. He promised a link to his blog and then when I asked him to give me a link he started to treath me bad. With bad moods. What can I say this is his mail to me :

This guy is right. I ve shipped all the content by FTP with documents. I shipped his pacj with regualr post , he didnt get it. I ll do it again with fedex. This is my fault. Sorry. Nothing to do with Amateur Flix.

The "big mistake" was your fucking up of a simple content order. I paid for 4 photo sets and got 3 photo sets and a video to make up for it. I paid for girls wearing lingerie and got girls wearing sweaters. The first half of the payment was made via epassporte then for some reason you asked for the second half via paypal instead, so I sent it via paypal with the 'echeck' option, the only option available since your account popped up as being a new account and paypal wouldn't permit a normal transaction to your account.

The payment is scheduled to clear monday according to paypal and unfortunately I have no way to stop payment on it.

Now you are simply lying, I never promised you a link to your blog, I said if you built a teen blog and it got traffic I would 'consider' linking to it. Instead of asking me to consider a link - to a blog in a totally different niche - you contacted me on ICQ repeatedly claiming I "OWED" you a link. And now you claim I was treating you bad - LOL.

Well the money has already been sent it simply needs to clear paypal. If you haven't figured it out by now sending funds through a 3rd party like paypal across continents to a newly registered paypal account like yours ISN'T INSTANTANEOUS.

If you're offering to refund the money once it is deposited in your account I will gladly accept the refund and not use half of the sets. Because I'm not a prick I'll even let you keep the matching photo and video set so you don't have to split them up.

The ball is in your court now, are you going to refund the transaction when the payment clears? If you do refund it I will post that you have done so.

The photos/video are not posted on any public websites yet and if you refund the money when it is cleared they will not be.

BTW, if your link requests were 'jokes', you really might want to consider avoiding making threats and telling people you hate them when they don't 'get' your humor.

I can't believe what I have just read.
It will have been like 3 - 4 months when this Itailan guy contacted me on ICq and asked me billion questions about content biz.Now he represents 10 European photographers :pimp - funny
anyway have to say that I never had any problem with this guy.
I don't think he is a scamm - just trying to find his place in industry and making billions of beginners mistakes (his english is problem often)
