A very LARGE percentage of surfers are unable to complete the iBill sign-up process. That stupid .exe just doesn't download. Funny thing is if you exit the iBill sign-up page the .exe still downloads in the background (use a netmonitor - you'll see it). This is what iBill affiliates should be worried about. Can't get a rebill if they can't join in the first place.

Ibill IS taking transactions like normal today.

Normal browsers work 100% fine with Ibill's webpages.

Are your rebills about 50% of normal as well, or is it just me?

I am now thousands of dollars behind in rebills. Not revsharer either, this my paysite we are talking about.

I cant see if they are just behind, if they are not being processed, or if they are just *poof* gone. And tech support is not answering emails.

Yeah no shit. Probably half my income comes from IBill sites -- and lately I just haven't seen the signups... on one of my favorite programs I'm converting 1:32,000 which is total fucking bullshit -- the rebills are still coming in, but will IBill fuck up the rebills too? This is insane... I'm trying to work harder to get more signups but how the fuck can I see the results of my hard work if the stats are down!? I never realized how good IBill had me by the balls...

I remember when this shit was fun -- now all I do is live in a state of paranoia...

I feel your pain. You know what sucks more than not being able to check your stats? Checking them and seeing about $1000 less than you should be seeing. Not knowing if you will ever see them.

I have been getting no rebill decline info in the mail. Rebill lookup function is fucked.

Ahhh when I said cant get anyone to tell me, I meant other webmasters. I still waiting on iBill reply via email, I would call but I tend to get hot headed when some headset phonejockey customer service asshole starts jerking me around.

I know iBill will tell me everything is fine and dandy and not too worry... webmaster feedback I prefer.

I guess that you are having your own webmaster program with Ibill as cc processor. That's always nice getting sign ups from webmasters which you don't cost a thing! You must have had a nice 5 months and a hugh bank account now!

Its the stress that kills ya bro. The silence on Ibills part doesnt help either. After switching ccbill back to primary I just ignored all ibill stats and stopped looking at them.

Labret I noticed the problem starting on Thursday with low rebills. I emailed ibill and they told me the rebills are being processed but the data is not being imported into the cmi. Similar to the problem they had not to long ago I guess.

One thing I have noticed over the past two days is that new signups are not showing up as active members. And in the detailed revenue part if you click the member's name you get some messed up info. I'm hoping this is just a reporting error.

I have Ibill setup as the backup on one site ( not for long ). A customer e-mailed me and said when he went to the signup form it would not let him type in the fields. I checked when I got his mail and it was ok, he went back and signed up when I told him it was working again. I really honestly dont know but maybe they shut signups off temporarily ? Is it possible they are doing that from time to time ? I too have seen the roller coaster patterns in the signups. Something aint right... and with all the people dropping them wouldnt you think they would say something to their webmasters ?
