Some questions

Hi,I have TGP with about 1k.I want to start trading traffic,and have some questions about trading scripts.How can I find cheaters?What CJ script is the best for you?With what sites should I trade in the beggining when I have only 1k?

a.: watch out for low productive traffic that comes from repeating IPs
b.: www.cjultra.com - 4 free ;)
c.: small sites, work your way up from there

Thanks for help,but where can I find small sites?
All trade requests I can find is from 500 to 1k.
