And i don't need it built into my cash site, just a standalone admin that allows me to enter links/description/title/etc and export them (with ccbill code) as plain text.

Does't need the literally generate the galleries, just the lists in order the person wants them

Anyone have something similar? or could you make me one for a decent price?
