"The sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, said prominent Milwaukee developer Daniel Katz, a resident of Boca Raton's St. Andrews Country Club, is buying the Sullivan property for well below the $10.9 million asking price. It's also less than half the original asking price of $22.5 million."
