Look at the bright side, it was only $9. My steaks usually cost me $15-25 a piece and I have burnt my fair share of them over the years!

If it makes you feel any better, I had a filet mignon sammich for lunch today, and it was cooked to perfection. :)

I pay 9$ a kilo, and it is very high quality beef. Much better than anything I ever had in the states.

sidenote... you could chop it up and mix it with something else. burnt steak is real good in stroganoff!
